Insomnia is a common problem nowadays. It is seen among millions of people of all age groups. And that is because of different problems rising in day-to-day struggle. Some of them are suffering from insomnia because of their inability to compete in the exams. 2) Regulate your eating habits
You must have your night supper done in the evening hours between 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Since kapha dosha gets active in the evening hours, it makes digestion slow. It is better to adopt lighter meals. Avoid eating anything spicy or heavy food. To keep away from the problem of indigestion, you must stop eating pulses during the night. You must not also eat curd at night.
